Megan made a great impact on me as a fitness trainer. She took the time to make sure to demonstrate the exercises clearly and in detail (using visual and verbal cues), as well as walk around and make corrections on our form (which I appreciate because many trainers do NOT do this). Megan was also very patient/likable in her classes which made them enjoyable. I think this was the biggest impact as she created a safe space for Moms trying to get back into shape after having babies where we were able to not only work on fitness goals but also share/connect/bond at the same time. She also pushed me when I needed it and forced me to challenge myself (ie. try push-ups without your knees). She was also able to be resourceful/adaptable when equipment was scarce.
