Small Group Training Options
All training options will run in block sessions at the request of your group.
“Working with Megan has greatly impacted my confidence. When I got pregnant with my daughter I became very ill and couldn’t work out. So after my daughter arrived I didn’t like the way I looked or felt. That’s when I found Buggy Bootcamp with Megan! I did Buggy Bootcamp for 8 months and I was able to push my body to limits I never thought I could do. For example.....do push ups. That was a major accomplishment for me as I could only do 1 when I started and can now do 30! I felt like myself again, I was stronger and had more energy. The only thing I couldn’t seem to lose was the weight, and after speaking with Megan she recommended I see a naturopath and as it turns out I had postpartum hormone imbalance. I am extremely grateful to have crossed paths with Megan not only has she helped me build confidence in myself but also strength, health, happiness and a feeling of accomplishment!”
Groups of 5-7
This is at the top end of what could be considered “small group training”. The charge per class is $25/person.
Groups of 3-6
This is true “small group training”, and the charge per class is $40/person.
Group of 2
This is basically a shared personal training session and the cost would be $60/person for each class.
